Home inspections involves a certified inspector coming into the home, conducting a complete survey of the home and then compiling a report for the potential buyer. This waiver would release the realtor from any liability in the event that major problems were found in the home after purchase. Nine out of 10 realtors would recommend a home inspection be completed, as would I.
